Change of Mind

We have a 14-day Change of Mind return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a Change of Mind return.

We understand that sometimes you may change your mind. For change of mind returns, please note the following:

  • 14-Day Return Period: You must request a return within 14 days of receiving your item. Returns requested after this period will not be accepted.
  • Condition of Returned Item: Your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused, and in its original packaging.
  • Customer Provides Return Shipping: You are responsible for the cost of return shipping. Please ensure that the item is securely packaged to prevent any damage during transit. For items valued at more than $100, we recommend purchasing shipping insurance to protect against any damage or loss during transit.
  • Deduction for Shipping Fee: Shipping costs are non-refundable. The refund amount will be reduced by the original shipping costs incurred to ship the product to you.
  • 20% Restocking Fee: A 20% restocking fee will be deducted from your refund. This fee covers the cost of processing and inspecting the returned item.
  • Proof of Purchase: You’ll also need to provide the receipt or proof of purchase.

To start a return, you can contact us at [email protected]. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Exceptions/Non-returnable Items

Certain types of items related to hydroponics equipment are not eligible for Change of Mind returns, including:

  • Custom Products: Custom products such as specially configured systems or personalised items are generally non-returnable and non-refundable.
  • On Sale Items: Items purchased on sale or at a discounted price are non-returnable and non-returnable.
  • Refurbished/As-Is Items: Refurbished or “as-is” items are non-returnable and non-returnable unless they arrive defective or differ significantly from their description.
  • Gift Cards: Gift cards are non-returnable and non-refundable, unless required by law.

Your Rights Under Australian Consumer Law

This Change of Mind Policy is in addition to your rights under the Australian Consumer Law (ACL). If your item is faulty, damaged, or significantly different from its description, you are entitled to a remedy, which may include a repair, replacement, or refund—regardless of the Change of Mind policy.

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exchanges

We offer exchanges for items that are defective, damaged, or not as described, in accordance with Australian Consumer Law. If you wish to exchange an item, the fastest way is to return the item you have. Once the return is accepted and processed, you can place a new order for the replacement item or, where applicable, we will send a replacement of the same item.

Refunds

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know whether the refund has been approved. If approved, your refund will be processed automatically to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or credit card provider to process and post the refund.
