Order Processing and Shipping

We process orders from Monday to Friday. Your order will be processed within 3 business days from the order date and shipped the next day after processing. Please note that we do not ship on weekends or public holidays in Victoria, Australia.

Upon placing your order, you will receive an Order Confirmation Email. Please allow approximately 3 business days for your order to remain in the “Processing” stage as your items are being prepared and dispatched for shipment.

Payment Methods

We accept American Express, VISA, MasterCard, PayPal, Google Pay, Apple Pay, Afterpay, and ZipPay. Once your order is fully processed and your card has been authorized, payment will be taken immediately.

Receipt of the confirmation email does not constitute confirmation of our acceptance of your order. We reserve the right to cancel an order after you have received the confirmation email under certain circumstances, such as suspected fraud or other issues.

Payment Verification

SunStream may request additional information for credit card verification. SunStream and its partners reserve the right to decline your order.

Refund

Refunds are initiated immediately upon order cancellation. Please allow up to 10 business days for the refund to be fully processed and settled.

Shipping Fees

We are delighted to offer complimentary standard shipping to all locations across Australia. This nationwide service ensures that your orders are delivered to your doorstep without any additional shipping charges. Enjoy the convenience and savings of our free standard shipping, providing you with a seamless shopping experience from start to finish.

If an incorrect or inaccessible address is provided, an additional fee may be charged for redelivery. If the order is returned to us, you will be responsible for paying a return-to-sender fee. Should you wish to have the order re-dispatched, an additional freight fee will be required before we can resend your items.

Shipping Locations and Restrictions

SunStream is proud to offer shipping services to customers across Australia, with select products available for export to New Zealand. All orders are dispatched from our location in Melbourne, Victoria.

Please note that deliveries to PO boxes or parcel lockers are not available for items exceeding 900mm in length or 10kg in weight.

Shipping Timeframes

SunStream strives to provide efficient shipping services; however, please note that we are not responsible for delays in shipping or delivery due to natural or uncontrollable events. Additionally, we are not liable for delays related to the courier itself, such as customs clearance, courier network overload, and similar issues.

Estimated Delivery Times from Victoria:

  • Victoria: 1–3 business days
  • New South Wales: 2–4 business days
  • Queensland: 3–5 business days
  • South Australia: 2–4 business days
  • Western Australia: 5–7 business days
  • Tasmania: 3–5 business days
  • Australian Capital Territory: 2–4 business days
  • Northern Territory: 5–7 business days

Please note that these are approximate delivery times and may vary due to courier delays, remote locations, or network congestion. Transit timeframes do not include Saturdays, Sundays, or public holidays.

Lost or Damaged Items

In the rare event that your parcel is lost in transit, SunStream follows a specific process. Our first step will be to lodge a formal enquiry with our shipping provider. Once the shipping provider confirms that the parcel has been lost, we will promptly send a replacement product to you at no additional cost. Rest assured, we are committed to ensuring that you receive your order in a timely manner.

If any items are damaged during delivery, please notify us within 2 business days of receiving your order. We may advise you to present the damaged item and its packaging at a Post Office for a damage report to be completed, or arrange for the return of the damaged goods. Upon receipt, we will either send a replacement or issue a refund.

All our parcels are insured to provide you with peace of mind in the unlikely event of loss or damage during transit.
